School Improvement Plan

The purpose of Concordia College's School Improvement Plan is to enable the College community to identify and implement whole school focuses that drive continual improvement in the quality of teaching and learning. The School Improvement Plan creates a culture of high expectations, establishes strong professional learning communities and at its core improves the learning outcomes for all Concordia College students.

The School Improvement Plan is endorsed by the College Board. School leaders at each campus are then responsible for leading the school improvement process and realising the College's Vision for Learning. The progress for each focus is regularly reported to the College Board and the College community.

Through the School Improvement Plan process, the following focus areas have been identified for each campus for 2017 – 18:
