Students from Years 7, 9, 11 and 12 recently took part in the second round of the schools debating competition, tackling topics such as the use of technology in the classroom, the future of penalty rates and freedom of speech. Congratulations to all participating students and, in particular, to the Year 11 team who won their debate: ‘that we should fear the rise of fringe politicians’.
