Year 11 Road Awareness Program

As part of their Pastoral Care Program, Concordia’s Year 11 students took part in a presentation from the Metropolitan Fire Service Road Awareness Program, gaining valuable information about practical steps they can take to maintain their own safety and that of other road users. Students heard moving presentations from the MFS, and from a car crash victim, about the causes and consequences of dangerous driving. The program was an important learning opportunity for all involved and the students are now well placed to make wise decisions about their road use and to look out for one another as safe and responsible members of the wider community.
