Mr Allis co-founded popular juice and smoothie bar Boost Juice with his wife Janine in 2000. He now helps oversee more than 500 Boost Juice stores in 13 countries. Mr Allis also developed Retail Zoo, a multi-retail-branded international company which includes Salsas Fresh Mex, Betty’s Burgers and CIBO Espresso.
