Yan Siyu graduated from Concordia College in 2009 and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of New South Wales, one of the world’s top 50 medical schools.
The time I spent at Concordia is one of the most memorable phases in my life. At such a young age when I first arrived by myself, Concordia was a big family for me and it was the place that embraced and raised me. I met many inspirational teachers at Concordia, from whom I learnt how to value life and become a better person. I also made many good friends at Concordia and those good memories will stay with me for life. Concordia provided me with many valuable opportunities to develop my interpersonal skills. For example, I developed teamwork and leadership skills from participating in extra-curricular activities. Teachers and students at Concordia are very friendly and supportive.
