Enrichment and Extended Learning News

At Concordia our goal is to connect, empower and challenge our learners. In the first weeks of school, students can begin to connect with a variety of enrichment and extension activities. My role includes being the key contact for the following opportunities. There are many more competitions/extra-curricular opportunities that will be promoted in a variety of ways across the academic year.

  • Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (Year 9 and above)
  • CARE@CC (Community of advocates for respect and empathy - Years 10–12)
  • 26 Book Challenge (Years 7–12)
  • Rostrum Voice of Youth (Years 7-12)
  • Youth Environment Council (Years 7–11)
  • Brain Bee Challenge (Year 10)
  • What Matters? writing competition (Years 5–12)
  • Sleek Geeks Science Eureka Prize (primary and secondary)
