A Flinders University STEM Team visited Concordia on Tuesday 17 June to lead an activity where students built miniature rollercoasters. Year 9 students used physics to figure out how to make their roller coasters as fast and exciting as possible. This included bumps and jumps as well as the challenge of investigating how many loops could be included for a ‘safe’ rollercoaster ride.
