Young Engineers After School LEGO Club

Register Now for Term 3 at St John's Campus

In Term 3 St John's Campus is again partnering with Young Engineers Australia to ignite students’ passions for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), through practical LEGO-based experiences.

Through engaging demonstrations and building LEGO prototypes of real-world machines, students learn:

  • physics
  • mathematics
  • mechanical engineering
  • software engineering

Problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration are also key elements of the program.

The LEGO Club program is open to students in Years 1 to 6. After school sessions will run as follows and will continue for nine weeks:

  • Years 1 and 2: Tuesdays, beginning on Tuesday 29 July
  • Years 3 to 6: Wednesdays, beginning on Wednesday 30 July.
