In Dance and Drama this term, Year 3 students at St John's Campus have been exploring dances from around the world, while learning about their differences and similarities. Students have learnt to respect dance as a part of someone’s identity and as an art form that brings people together. We had the opportunity to engage with Chinese Lions, which was an exciting and memorable highlight.

This rich educational experience in Dance and Drama helps students stay connected through culture, tradition and community. By sharing and appreciating different styles of dance, students are developing not only their performance skills, but also empathy, cultural understanding and global awareness.
