Our Reception to Year 3 students spent eight days diving into swimming lessons filled with fun, learning and confidence-building at the SA Aquatics Centre.

Each session offered something new—practising freestyle and backstroke, swimming with pool noodles, using kickboards, and developing essential water safety and survival skills, including using life jackets and learning to float. Swimming lessons not only build strong swimmers; they also teach lifelong water safety, resilience and a love of being active. Well done to all our young swimmers!

The lessons wrapped up with a fun-filled final day, featuring the water games, diving for toys and the Big Bucket—a perfect way to celebrate teamwork, courage and the joy of learning in the water!
