Our Eco Warriors and Environmental Leaders launched an exciting new Direct Collect bin at the St Peters Campus last term. This special bin is for collecting 10¢ refundable drink containers, helping us turn recycling into real action.

The goal of this student-led initiative is to create a circular economy—where every bottle, tin can, juice or milk box collected helps fund future sustainability projects at our school. It’s been exciting to see the bin fill up so quickly, showing just how committed our students are to caring for the environment.

We’re looking forward to seeing where the students decide the funds will go next. This project is a wonderful example of student voice and leadership in action, building awareness about recycling, responsibility and sustainable living.
