This semester, Year 9 students have worked with external practitioners to hone their skills in stage combat and comedy while learning the traditional theatre style of Commedia dell Arte. Featuring over-the-top performances, zany plots and plenty of slapstick comedy, students were tasked with modernising the traditional characters and generating their own unique stories.

These three Commedia troupes will present their short student-devised comedies over one evening. It is sure to get you giggling, so head to the Drama Centre on Wednesday 29 October - free entry!
