At Concordia College, the safety of our students, families, staff and the wider community is our highest priority.
Unfortunately, the large gum trees at the western end of the College Oval, near our Fortiter Gymnasium, have been identified as posing a risk to the safety of those in the immediate area. This tree will therefore be removed between Monday 15 and Wednesday 17 December.
Restrictions will be in place and the area will be sectioned off for safety reasons.
Some of the timber from the tree will go to our Design, Technology and Engineering Department for their use. The remaining mulch will go to the carnivore enclosure at Monarto Zoo.
Thank you for your support and understanding as we guard the safety of our community.
