1. Where were you before this and what persuaded you to join Concordia?
Prior to joining Concordia, I worked in the NDIS as a psychosocial therapist supporting young people with autism, ADHD and trauma backgrounds. I was seeking a more flexible and responsive environment and was drawn to the opportunity to work directly within a school community. Concordia’s strong sense of connection and its incredibly welcoming culture made it a very easy decision for me.
2. Three words to describe you.
Active, grounded, empathetic.
3. What is your motivation or inspiration in your role?
My inspiration stems from being able to be a part of the journey of students reaching and achieving milestones in all elements of their lives, from wellbeing to interpersonal to learning.
4. If you had a superpower, what would it be?
I think it would be to fly, to be able to travel anywhere from Yosemite to the Himalayas by just lifting my feet off the ground would be incredible!
5. Who would you invite to a dinner party of six guests and why? Alternatively, tell us something you might like to share that we could not possibly know?
Last year I completed an Ironman triathlon in Cairns and am currently training for my second later this year.
