SAPSASA District Day Swimming

Twenty-seven students from Years 4, 5, 6 and 7 competed in swimming at the SAPSASA South East District Day on Thursday, 8 March. A great team camaraderie was on display all day and we were thrilled to celebrate an overall third place - our highest standing ever in the Large Schools competition. It was a fantastic team effort with many students coming 1st and 2nd in their heats while the relay teams experienced success with two wins. All competitors displayed a wonderful sporting attitude, encouraging teammates and opponents alike. Thank you to the large number of parent supporters / timekeepers who came along to support the team. A special congratulations to Joey 5S, Lachlan 7RHO, Louisa 7MGA, Laila 7RHO and Samuel 7KWA who went on to represent Concordia at State Day on 22 March. Well done everyone - it was wonderful to see everyone competing as a strong, united cross-campus team!
