Year 6/7 Knockout Sport

KO Girls Tennis

Congratulations to the Year 6/7 girls: Tilly R-I, Chloe S, Meg W, Asha B and Ava H (res) who defeated Our lady of Grace on Tuesday to win through to the KO State Final Day, to be played on Tuesday, 26 November. This will be the first time our Concordia team will compete in the State finals - a fabulous effort from our girls.

KO Boys Cricket

Congratulations to the Year 6/7 boys cricket team who defeated Eastern Fleurieu (5 for 146 - 5 for 107) on Tuesday to make the semi final, which will be played before the end of Week 5. The boys were impressive in the field with Sean W 0/2 off four overs, Lachie B 0/2 off four overs  and Jake D 2/21. Batting: Jackson H 36 not out, Isaac T 28, Lachie B 24 not out and Sean W 23.

Concordia Gold defeated Walford Blue: 3.5 to 0.5. A good win to finish the year!
Cricket
Junior Kanga Green were defeated by Unley White: 73-143.
Netball
Monday 23 September
Concordia Canaries 3/4 won: 12 - 8. Congratulations to the girls who have been undefeated this season, which is a huge achievement given three players in the team are new to netball. The girls have all shown great sportsmanship, a competitive spirit and eagerness to learn. Well done Adele, Anjali, Anna, Amalia, Chelsea, Elise, Finella, Isla, Liv and Sophie. Thanks also to Julia who has been coming out to train with us.
