Kate Thiele

Following her graduation from Concordia, Kate Thiele has gone on to blaze a trail as a highly successful business leader, director, advisor, coach and keynote speaker.

Working in executive roles, Kate has previously led a wide range of organisations, including two major Australian not-for-profits. While CEO of Guide Dogs SA/NT, the organisation experienced dramatic growth under her leadership, greatly expanding its donor base and receiving 17 industry awards. In 2015, Kate was named the Telstra South Australian Business Woman of the Year and Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year in the ‘For Purpose and Social Enterprise’ category. In addition, she received a Fellowship from the Harvard Club of Australia to attend Harvard University.

Kate currently works has a Non-Executive Director, Board Chair and the Founder of Klarity – empowering industry leaders, not-for-profits and business nationally. As President of Skylight Mental Health, Chair Adelaide Crows Foundation, Deputy Chair UniSA’s MBA Advisory Board and Board Member of Zoos SA, Kate continues to use her invaluable expertise to strengthen and empower business leaders and organisations to achieve their goals.
