Old Concordian Reunions

Reunions have recently taken place for the Class of 1972 (50 Years) and Old Concordians living in the Barossa Valley.

What a wonderful evening we had on Friday 10 June with Barossa alumni! This enthusiastic group of Old Concordians had a great time catching up at Barossa Distilling Co. One of the highlights was the awarding of Honorary Old Concordian status to Briony Carman, who retired in 2021 after 16 years of significant service to Concordia and has always been a great ambassador for the Old Concordians. Thanks to Lester Saegenschnitter (past Principal and Honorary Old Concordian) and Paul Weinert (Head of College) for presenting the award.

We also welcomed back the Class of 1972! Members of the Class of 1972 and many of their partners attended a 50 Year Reunion dinner at the College on Friday 17 June, with some coming back to Concordia for the first time since finishing as a student five decades ago. Lots of laughs and stories were shared over a delicious three-course meal. Thanks to all who attended!
