Monday 12 September

Concordia Gold defeated Unley Unicorns: 23–3. The Gold team finished their winter season as minor premiers.

Concordia Silver defeated Unley Primary School: 7–1, their highest score for the season! The whole team played really well and their ability to move the ball from defence to their goal has improved so much over the season. They sang their song with great enthusiasm and threw their bibs high into the air to celebrate. Well done, Silver!

Monday 19 September

Concordia White defeated St Thomas Suns: 15–2 in an amazing game. The girls are top of the ladder now. Looking forward to the final game next week!

Concordia Silver lost to St Thomas Tigers: 1–6. The St Thomas team has been quite dominant this year so the girls did a great job to keep their score to only six. Nearly all the girls had a turn in different positions and they all did well. Thanks to Mr Phillips for watching the game and cheering for the girls last night.

Concordia Gold defeated St Thomas Sharks: 19–13. With only two losses over the whole year, the team has had a successful summer and winter season! We had a couple of the Year 6 boys fill in this week due to player injuries. They seemed to enjoy it, which is great, and they sure helped us out!

Monday 26 September

Concordia White defeated Annesley Blue in the grand final: 7–4. This win saw them crowned as the Year 3/4 Division 2 Winter 2022 champions! The girls played hard and gave it their all. It has been a huge season and they have all come so far. We're super proud of them and their achievements!

Concordia Gold defeated St Thomas Sharks: 20-15. Playing without three of the regular team members due to injuries and illness against the toughest opponent in the competition, Concordia Gold drew on a couple of fill-ins to boost their grand final hopes. The hard-fought contest was a nail-biter! Goal for goal for three quarters, before Gold stretched their lead to a comfortable win 20 - 15 in the last. A fitting end to a fabulous season for this team!
