In 2021, Concordia’s acclaimed Purili Quartet became a finalist in the National ‘Strike a Chord’ competition. As they were the only South Australian group chosen, this is an enviable accolade, but they were additionally awarded the Flinders Quartet Prize for their outstanding musicianship.
The prize included travel to Melbourne and workshops as well as performances with the Flinders Quartet, culminating in their final performance being live-streamed.
Congratulations to Caleb and Sterling (Year 12) and Haneulle and Jasmine (both Class of 2021) for their outstanding work.
