Last week the St John's Campus Year 5s kick-started their term with an Adventure Camp at picturesque Mylor. As part of their work in Sharing the Planet, they developed their thinking, social, self-management and communication skills through canoeing, raft-making, archery, bridge-building, the flying fox, low ropes course and thoroughly enjoying themselves. We had an absolutely fantastic time, building friendships and engaging with experts to learn new and challenging skills. Despite dire predictions, it didn’t even rain on us – well, only as we got on the bus!
