Round 1 of the Australia-New Zealand Brain Bee Challenge (ABBC) was a great success once again this year, with nearly 3,000 students across Australia and New Zealand participating. Seven Year 10 Concordia College students have been invited to compete in the 2023 Brain Bee South Australia State Final which will be held on-campus at the University of Adelaide on Friday 18 August. Students will take part in an individual challenge, a neuroscience experience and a team challenge. The Australian Brain Bee Challenge is an international competition for students to learn about the brain and its functions, learn about neuroscience research, find out about careers in neuroscience and to dispel misconceptions about neurological and mental illnesses.
