This year we had four students take part in the South Australian Rostrum Voice of Youth competition – all speakers were exceptional in their individual heats. One of our Year 9 students, Laura (9TMOR), was successful in gaining a place in the semifinals. There were 166 students who took part from across South Australia in this year’s competition. Laura was placed in the top 16 Junior speakers to gain a place in the semifinal. She presented a wonderful speech on the legacy of Sir David Attenborough and represented Concordia with distinction. The three adjudicators marvelled at the incredibly high standard of all speakers. Well done to all involved!
