On Monday 2 March 2026, ‘Parents and Friends’ hosted their first meeting of the year, which was also the Annual General Meeting (AGM). It was a great time of learning and sharing together. We were privileged to hear from all campus Principals as well as Ric van Wachem (Director of Sport). Office bearers were also elected for the year ahead:

• President – Claire Baldwin, parent to Charlotte (Year 7) and Lucy (Year 4) across Concordia and St Peters campuses
• Vice President – Stephanie Gasking, parent to Crawford (Year 12) and Willoughby (Year 9)
• Treasurer – Emilia Stavrou, parent to Dean (Year 4), Archie (Reception) and Chloe (ELC) at St John's Campus
• Secretary – Sarah Pilla, parent to Sienna (Year 9)

Please introduce yourself and make yourself known, as we are here to be key points of contact and to support the community. I also wish to personally acknowledge outgoing executive members Darren Klingner, Tim Papanestoras and Miaomiao Zhang, and thank them for their welcoming nature, leadership and faithful service.

This start-of-year meeting was a great opportunity to affirm the values of the College, and how this relates to the vision and the purpose of the P&F, as a place where we,

• Connect with each other as a parent body and to school staff, learning about updates and plans within the College across all campuses, and having opportunities for collaborative discussions.
• Care by creating opportunities to be welcomed and be known in the school community, via a range of P&F supported campus and cross-campus events during the year.
• Show grace by working together in ways that respect and value the contributions that everyone makes in this community, to nurture our young people.

We look forward to the year ahead and have an 'Events Working Group' in motion, including to bring you the P&F Mother’s Day Celebrations and P&F Quiz Night.
