Congratulations to Coby (11SCOO), who recently flew to Brisbane to take part in two official ISSF (International Shooting Sport Federation) 10m Air Rifle competitions. The competitions had competitors from all over Australia. The first competition was a mixed pairs competition, with 13 teams of two athletes taking part and the top four highest-scoring teams qualifying for the final. Coby and his teammate were one of those teams. The second competition was the standard 60-shot competition, with the top eight scorers from both the men's and women's groups qualifying for their respective final. Coby qualified for the men's final in third place out of the nine male athletes there, and then finished in 3rd place after the final, winning a bronze medal. Well done, Coby!

Congratulations to Ivy (7KSPA), who competed as a member of South Australia’s Tier 1 State Calisthenics Team at the Interstate Challenge in Perth late in Term 2. Her team earned three 1st places, two 2nds, and a 3rd to be runners up by just two aggregate points in a very tight competition. Well done, Ivy!
