Hong Kong Reunion (6 May) and Melbourne Reunion (16 June) 2017
The first two reunions in the Concordia Old Collegians Association CBD Series have now taken place in Hong Kong and Melbourne.
Fourteen old collegians and some parents attended the Hong Kong Reunion, which was hosted by Concordia Campus Principal, Lester Saegenschnitter. Past students and some of their family members caught up over a meal and fondly talked about their time at Concordia, as well as reflecting on the teachers they remember and the connections they made. The peer years of those who attended ranged from 2003 through to 2011. Many are now married and several have young children.
The Melbourne CBD Reunion, held at Bluetrain in Southbank, saw 20 old collegians of all ages who either reside, work or study in Victoria meeting and networking over drinks and tapas. Lester Saegenschnitter again warmly welcomed guests and gave an update on current school events and projects, and invited them to view a video of the new science centre, encouraging those who were present to visit the school for a tour any time they are in Adelaide.
We look forward to the next two reunions in the COCA CBD series, to be held in Brisbane on 30 June and in Sydney 14 July, and encourage any old collegians who have moved interstate to notify the College with new address details so we can keep in touch and invite you to events in your state.
