The proposed Red Centre Experience 2018 will take a team to Central Australia to learn about the Aboriginal culture and serve the local community, with the trip taking place in the July school holidays. Along with community engagement activities, the group will also go on a camping tour to see the wonderful sights of the Red Centre (Uluru, Kings Canyon, Kata Tjuta etc). As a service-oriented school, we encourage all Senior School students in 2018 (currently in Years 9-11) to consider this opportunity. Application forms are online here and are due Friday, 10 November 2017.

Concordia Campus contributed to the 370,000+ boxes that will be sent from Australia this year to South-East Asia as part of the Operation Christmas Child shoebox project. For those on the receiving end, these gifts will likely be the first gift each child has been given. A marvellous cause to get involved with. A big congratulations to 7KWA who took out the home class contest set up by the Year 9 Ambassador service group. They packed ten shoeboxes worth of gear; filled with clothing, toys, stationary, hygiene items and other special items. 7RHO was in a close second!
